Ms Srivastava passed away peacefully in Dehradun on Jan 6, 08.
She celebrated her 80th birthday on the 5th with all her family around her. Welham was her life and she has touched the lives of so many of us Welhamites. She will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
The Alumni Association held a memorial service for her in New Delhi on Jan 16. There will be one held in school on Feb 11.
Sadly, Mrs. V. Sharma, Orioles HM for many years and fondly known as ‘Bulldog’ also passed away in January this year. Our heartfelt condolences to both the families.
